Our fees are $14 for Tots and Tinies (6 mnths – 3 yrs) and $16 for a Groovers and Tap combined class (3 – 4 yrs). All prices include GST, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

More about our babyballet dance classes

Our babyballet preschool dance programme offers three stages of ballet classes, for young children aged 6 months to 4 years. Taught by thousands of dance teachers across the world, the babyballet syllabus has been carefully developed by dance professionals to introduce your child to the magic of dance, whilst creating precious moments between you and your little star. At KRS Dance we strive to create a fun, friendly and inclusive experience for everyone – no matter what your child’s age or ability. Not to mention, our classes are a great way for parents, carers and guardians to meet up and make new friends too!

For babies, tots, toddlers, preschoolers and school starters alike, babyballet classes at our venues in Brookvale run Wednesday to Saturday. Meet the Principal

Miss Di

Born in Sydney, Diana Sakaris started dance classes at the age of four. She studied Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and National Dance under Joan and Monica Halliday’s Dance Art Centre, where she undertook all her dance training and completed all Royal Academy of Dance levels up to advanced and Jazz Examinations with Distinction.

 

Diana also completed an associate Diploma in Childcare Studies and Social Science where she blended her artistic talents with her love of teaching children.

 

Prior to founding Tempo Red Academy, Diana served as Head of the Babies and Tiny Tots program at Brent Street Studios, as well as teaching across other genres and disciplines. Diana has over 20 years’ experience as a dance teacher and choreographer and is passionate about training her students to be versatile dancers in all styles of the performing arts with a strong foundation in ballet. Diana has implemented into her performing arts school the internationally acclaimed & award winning babyballet® pre-school dance program, for boys and girls 6months to 4 years. It’s the perfect start for Tempo Red’s youngest dancers to begin their dance journey by experiencing the magic of babyballet and igniting their passion for dance. During her earlier years of teaching Diana has provided excellent results for all her students, who won numerous prizes in Eisteddfods, in group, solo and duo competitions and Eisteddfods State-wide.

 

She has also mentored and built a rock star faculty that understands the importance of providing individual learning to all their students and assisting them in not only achieving their absolute best as an artist but also holistically becoming the best version of themselves through their love of dance.

Our babyballet stars and families are loving the program and the magic it brings each week. The program provides the correct foundations in dance in a fun and engaging way developing the children’s imagination through the wonderful characters, music and exercises which are instilling a real love of dance. Our teachers are thrilled to be a part of this journey and love teaching the babyballet classes. It’s such a lovely steppingstone in the development of our young dancers to naturally progress with ease into our RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) ballet program and our after school Petite and Junior programs that cater for all our other genres at Tempo Red.

At babyballet, we provide ballet classes for kids, from 6 months to 6 years. Creating a fun and supportive environment, your little one will follow a five-stage syllabus built on song, dance and music. Our babyballet dance classes for kids are both magical and educational, encouraging every child to enjoy the experience and get a chance to shine. From Tots and Tinies, to Tappers, Movers and Groovers, babyballet dance classes are led by a fully trained and experienced dance teacher. We also provide an opportunity for you to take over your own babyballet license so that you can run ballet lessons in your own area – exclusively!
