Hi! I’m Miss Genevieve and I am delighted to be bringing the magic of babyballet® dance classes to children in Hoppers Crossing, including suburbs Tarneit & Truganina, Victoria.

PCPA Studios is so excited to bring the magic of babyballet® dance classes to the Hoppers Crossing area. This program offers ballet and tap classes ranging from ages 6 months – 5 years. At PCPA Studios we aspire to create a fun, inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment and babyballet® encompasses all of this as an inspiring program for every little dancer.

We run babyballet® dance classes for Tots, Tinies and Movers, and Groovers. Our trial is the perfect introduction to babyballet®, giving you and your little dancer the chance to try out our ballet and tap classes. More about our babyballet® dance classes

Our babyballet® preschool dance programme offers three stages of ballet classes, for young children aged 6 months to 5 years. Taught by thousands of dance teachers across the world, the babyballet syllabus has been carefully developed by dance professionals to introduce your child to the magic of dance, whilst creating precious moments between you and your little star.

At the PCPA Studios and babyballet® Hoppers Crossing, we strive to create a fun, friendly and inclusive experience for everyone – no matter what your child’s age or ability. Not to mention, our classes are a great way for parents, carers and guardians to meet up and make new friends too!

Meet The Director
Miss Genevieve

A fully qualified dance teacher covering a broad range of styles including Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Neo Classical & Contemporary, Genevieve has been teaching dance classes for all ages for over 20 years. Having started her career teaching many classes of pre-school ballet, Genevieve especially loves seeing the joy of dance grow in the younger students. She loves how babyballet® develops correct ballet technique in such a fun and enjoyable program, giving students the perfect start to their ballet and dance training.

Genevieve commenced her dance training in classical ballet at the age of 3yrs, studying the Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D) Syllabus and completing examinations up to Advanced Vocational Level.

After commencing Jazz and Tap classes as a teen and completing her V.C.E, Genevieve was accepted into the tertiary theatrical dance course at The Dance Factory in Richmond in 2000.

During 3 years of study in all styles of dance as well as singing and acting, Genevieve completed a Diploma in Musical Theatre and Performing Arts as well as a teaching certificate in the Dance Factory theatrical syllabus D.F.T.A. During this time she was also accepted into the Dance Factory Agency as a professional dancer, appearing in a number of corporate events as well as a chorus member in the musical Hair with The Production Company in 2002.

To improve her qualifications and to further improve her teaching skills, Genevieve undertook the Royal Academy of Dance, Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (R.A.D C.B.T.S) in 2007. A two year training course completed by correspondence form the Royal Academy of Dance in London, which focuses entirely on the teaching of Classical Ballet. Graduates are recognised worldwide as qualified teachers enabling them to enter students for the highly respected R.A.D examinations.

Since opening her studio PCPA Studios in 2011 she has coached many classical ballet students from 2 years to advanced levels and is very proud of the strong classical technique that is developed at the school.

At babyballet® we run ballet lessons for little ones, from 6 months to 6 years, at our dance schools throughout Australia. If you’re looking for a ballet school or ballet lessons for kids in the Hoppers Crossing area, then we have places available for your child. Our magical dance classes for kids follow five key stages so that your little one gets the opportunity to learn to dance with children of a similar age. From Tots and Tinies, to Tappers, Movers and Groovers, babyballet dance classes are led by a fully trained and experienced dance teacher. We also provide an opportunity for you to take over your own babyballet® license so that you can run ballet lessons in your own area – exclusively!
